4. Consultation & Engagement Fee
We’ll connect with you to refine your vision and align on your travel plans. To provide a dedicated, high-touch planning experience, we operate on an engagement fee model. Engagement Fee Structure:
40% due after consultation and intake submission
60% due after proposal approval (prior to booking)
This ensures focused attention, expert planning, and a fully personalized experience.
You’ll receive a professionally prepared proposal outlining your best-fit options, allowing you to review with clarity and confidence.
7. Approve Your Preferred Option
Once you confirm your selected itinerary, we finalize the remaining planning details.
The remaining engagement fee is collected before we proceed with securing your reservations.
